SHIPPING POLICY:
- Processing Times: Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.
- Shipping Carrier: We ship all domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the USPS tracking number.
- Shipping Rates: Costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and your delivery location
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Hippie Haven LLC takes great care in packaging your orders. However, once a package is handed over to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- File a Claim: All orders are shipped with insurance to ensure your botanical essentials arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and the product, as these are required for the inspection process. You can file a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com/help/claim.htm.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. We offer a 24-hour grace period for address corrections; please email hippiehavenessentials@outlook.com immediately if an error was made. After this 24-hour window, orders will be processed and shipped and can no longer be modified.
- Handling Fee: To ensure your products are packaged securely and arrive in pristine condition, a small handling fee is included in your shipping total. This covers the cost of our packaging materials used to protect your handcrafted oils during transit.
If your tracking information confirms that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following actions:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact your local USPS post office to speak with the carrier (they can often check the GPS coordinates of where the package was scanned).
- Hippie Haven LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery or lost by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the tracking number.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer secure and seamless payment options for your boutique shopping experience:
- Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
- Secure Processing: All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways. Hippie Haven LLC does not store your full credit card information.
- Subscriptions: For recurring wellness subscriptions, your preferred payment method will be securely vaulted and charged automatically according to your selected plan.
- Sales Tax: Sales Tax is calculated based on the shipping destination. Currently, Hippie Haven LLC is only required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to all other states, the customer may be responsible for paying any applicable "use tax" required by their own state's laws.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our botanical products, all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND INCORRECT ITEMS
While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is very important to us.
- If you received an incorrect item, please notify us via email within 48 hours. We will ship the correct item to you immediately, and you are welcome to keep the original product received in error with our compliments.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hippiehavenessentials@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase. We offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase for order cancellations. Once your order has been moved into the processing or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.
